Justin Lamar Lisk ARRESTED BY PCBPD – Drug CHARGE trafficing in MDMA

Panama City Beach Police   -   Drug arrest, PC Beach Parkway  The Panama City Beach Police Department announces the arrest of Justin Lamar Lisk, age 24, of Panama City Beach, Florida, for the charge of trafficing in MDMA and felony narcotics possession with intent to distribute. Using information developed throughout the course of other narcotics investigations, Investigators from the Panama City Beach Police Department were able to develop information leading to the suspect Justin Lisk. Lisk was stopped by Investigators while traveling West on Panama City Beach Parkway. The vehicle he was driving was stopped for an unassigned Florida tag. The suspect consented to a search of the vehicle, whereupon officers discovered distribution level quantities of illegal narcotics concealed within the vehicles passenger compartment. The suspect was placed under arrest and transported to the Bay County Jail.
