PUBLIC NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING AND BUDGET HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council for the City of Panama City Beach announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited. The regular meeting will be held on September 12, 2013 at 6:00 P.M. at the George C. Cowgill City Hall Annex, 104 South Arnold Road, Panama City Beach, Florida 32413. The subject matter for the meeting will include the adoption of various ordinances and resolutions, and any other business which may properly come before the Council. The pur-pose of the meeting is to receive public comment on proposed actions by the City Council, as well as consider its regular consent and action agenda and other pub-lic hearings. A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting Jo Smith, (850) 233-5100.
Notice is hereby further given by the City Council of the City of Panama City Beach, Florida, and exofficio as the governing body of the Panama City Beach Community Redevelopment Agency, that it intends to adopt resolutions amending the budget for the City for the Fiscal Year 2012-2013, and a public hearing will be held to consider the resolutions at the City Council’s regular meeting to be con-ducted at 6:00 P.M. on Thursday, September 12, 2013, at the George C. Cowgill City Hall Annex, 104 South Arnold Road, Panama City Beach, Florida 32413. A copy of the proposed resolutions may be inspected at the office of the City Clerk at City Hall.
