The Panama City Beach Police Department announces the arrest of Daniel Patrick Holmes, 33 years of age, from Panama City Beach, FL on two counts of Child Abuse. These charges stem from on September 5, 2013, an Investigator with the Florida Department of Children and family Services reported to our agency Mr. Holmes possibly had caused an injury to his minor child which required medical treatment. Based 011 a mutual investigation it was learned on at least two separate occasions Mr. Holmes did cause injuries to his minor child which required medical treatment. Mr. Holmes was arrested without incident at his residence and booked into the Bay County Jail.
