Six arrested in Parker – Charges include; multiple counts of child neglect ; felon in possession of a firearm – 11 children that were living in the home

The Parker Police Department has arrested 6 people after police found 3 small children playing in East Highway 98 unattended.  Police also served a search warrant at the location today.  Arrested were Tiffany Jean Bell (23 years of age), David Edward Goetz (34 years of age), Kenny Dale Ashby (21 years of age), Christina Michelle Watson (33 years of age) and Ricky Eugene Fesler (43 years of age).  All have a Parker address.  They are all charged with multiple counts of child neglect, possession of a schedule I controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Also arrested was Ovie Clay Ashby (17 years of age).  He has been charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substances, felon in possession of a firearm and resisting an officer without violence.
Police discovered narcotics, narcotics paraphernalia and a loaded firearm.  They also discovered that the floors of the home were covered in urine and feces and the narcotics, paraphernalia and the loaded firearm was accessible to the children.  Bare electrical wires were also found accessible to the children.
The 11 children that were living in this home have been turned over to the Florida Department of Children and Families.  Arrested were turned over to the Bay County Jail pending a court hearing on Saturday.
