NARRATIVE:
V01 and V02 were traveling south on State Road 71. The driver of V01 was traveling at a high rate of speed. V01′s driver failed to judge the closing distance between V01
and the rear of V02. V01′s front subsequently collided with V02′s rear. Due to the impact V02 was forced off of the roadway and projected onto the west shoulder of State
Road 71 this action caused V02 to overturn several times into a tree line. V01 came to final rest on the west shoulder State Road 71 facing south. V02 came to final rest on the
west shoulder of State Road 71 facing north and into the tree line. The driver of V02 was transported by Air Heart ambulance service to Bay Medical Center. The driver of
V01 was transported by Calhoun EMS to Calhoun Medical Center located in Blountstown, Florida.
