The Panama City Police Department continues to investigate a shooting that occurred on
December 25, 2013, in the 500 block of East 13th Street that resulted in the death of, Wilbert
Angelo Faison, 56 years of age; also known as Cadillac Will, a Panama City resident. Through
the course of the investigation we have developed a person of interest who has information about
this incident. We are asking for help from the public for information leading the whereabouts of
Stephen Trusty, a 32 year old, black male. If anyone has any information about the whereabouts
of Stephen Trusty, please contact Detective Rossomondo at 850-872-3112 or you can report your
