Arrestee: Larry Travis Jeter W/M 34yoa Marianna, Fl 32446
Charge: 4 Counts Obtain or Attempt to obtain controlled substance by misrepresentation or fraud.
On 07/02/2013 Officers with the Marianna Police Department were contacted by a local Doctors office because one of the employees had been calling in fraudulent prescriptions. Officers were able to determine that on several occasions Ashleigh McDonald had called in fraudulent prescriptions of controlled substances for both herself and her long time boyfriend Larry Travis Jeter. On several occasions Jeter himself went and retrieved the prescriptions from the pharmacy. An arrest warrant was obtained on 07/08/2013 for Ashleigh McDonald and Larry Jeter and they were taken into custody at their residence without incident.
