MUG SHOT OF 18-year-old Dalton Hayes in the Bay County Jail -Florida
CAUGHT: Two teenagers on the run from law enforcement out of Grayson County, Kentucky are apprehended by Panama City Beach Police early this morning. Working alongside the U.S. Marshals Task Force officers were able to take both 18-year-old Dalton Hayes and 13-year-old Cheyenne Phillips into custody. The two were asleep behind the IHOP at Pier Park in the 2001 Toyota Tundra that was stolen in Henry County, GA. The process has begun to get both extradited back to Kentucky to answer for multiple felony charges.
