NARCOTICS ARREST – $70,000 bond for the two counts of Sale of Crack Cocaine, $10,000 for Possession of Crack Cocaine, $2,500 for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and $2,500 for failure to register as a convicted felon

NARCOTICS ARREST
Gulf County Sheriff Mike Harrison announces the arrest of Paul Ohara (27) of Port St. Joe. After a lengthy investigation by the Gulf County Sheriff’s Office (GCSO) Narcotics Unit, members of the GCSO and Port St. Joe Police Department executed a search warrant at Ohara’s residence located at 509 Hodrick Street, in Port St. Joe. The GCSO Narcotics Unit served two arrest warrants on Ohara for the Sale of Crack Cocaine within 1,000 feet of a Church. A search of Ohara’s residence yielded evidence of illegal drug activities and additional drug charges. As a result of the search warrant, Ohara was also charged with Possession of Crack Cocaine and st joe arrestPossession of Drug Paraphernalia. In addition to the drug charges, Ohara was also charged with residing in Gulf County without registering as a convicted felon. A warrant for Ohara’s arrest was also served out of Taylor County, Florida, for failure to appear in court on charges of driving with a suspended driver’s license. Ohara is currently being held at the Gulf County Detention Facility on a $70,000 bond for the two counts of Sale of Crack Cocaine, $10,000 for Possession of Crack Cocaine, $2,500 for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and $2,500 for failure to register as a convicted felon.
